This Sconce Lamp was invented while exploring the egg shape possibilities of the clay enclosure. Mounted to the wall, the wall sconce creates a light drawing on its lampshade and projects light textures onto the space around it. The dot perforation create a starry night like lampshade and a Camera Obscura effect projected onto the space that makes the light textures coming out of the round holes to be shaped as lines or V shapes.
In our light construction we incorporate ready-made objects, lighting components and constructed elements. The lamps are fitted and assembled by hand in our studio.
