I was inspired to make this pendant whilst out walking my dog, I saw leaves dried onto bark and liked the way they looked and the textures involved. I used recycled sterling silver sheet which has been fused and annealed then milled several times, once I had the shape I reticulated it and added the twine and granules of copper. A garnet was used for the berry. The pendant is presented with an 18 inch sterling silver chain.

Karen has been designing jewelery for over 12 years and creates original pieces using conflict free precious stones and silversmith techniques.
